Fish Pie

BASE: 1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

salt


Mix this together.


Then melt 60gr margarine and 3 tablespoons water together.

Add to flour and mix into a ball. Press into greased pie dish.



FILLING:


Flake a tin of tomato pilchards and spread into pie dish, (add a few drops of tobasco sauce if desired).

Top with chopped raw onion. (You may blanche the onion if you prefer.)

Top this with grated cheddar cheese.


Pour over 1 beaten egg, mixed with, plus minus ½ cup of milk.

Bake for 30minutes at 200 deg C.
